So many couples seem to have exhausted their stunt options in the bedroom and lovemaking now seems like a routine that is associated with boredom.
Some have sex cos it's a part of the rituals associated with living together as man and wife.

For some couples, it used to be a great experience worth looking forward to, but, reverse is now the case.
Some are currently having great sex but wish to take it a little to the next level.

Whichever category you belong to, here are some tips that should help you:

Have fun

sex in marriage is love making and should be fun. Focus on satisfying your partner. If you both focus on satisfying each other, the equation is balanced as it will be a great time for you both.

Maximise available space

Who says you only have to have sex in the bedroom? What happened to the shower, couch, freezer top, car. You can drive to a serene atmosphere and yea, have some top ups right there.

Music

Have you tried having some blues playing in the background while you both dig it out?

You can start from dancing 💃,to some romance, kissing and petting and viola! You're good to go.

Foreplay

oh yeah, with enough foreplay, you set the tone for a great time. Don't just pounce on your wife and expect her to be ready.

With enough foreplay, her V-area is prepared and enough juice is secreted to make her scream for more. This also goes for the man.

Smell good

you've worked all day and now you're all sweaty and your body sticky, you don't expect your spouse to run his/her tongue kissing you all over in that state. A warm bath, some perfumes will do you a whole lot of good. In all, smell fresh and appealing to your spouse.

Be Safe, go for family planning

Babe, stop the lyrics of I'm not safe. You should be safe at all times for your man. Visit your doctor on the appropriate method that suits you.

Truth is, if you have kid(s) around, you can't predict when the opportunity window for sex will open. When it does open, don't go about singing that you aren't safe. With the right family planning method in place, you can shag at will without fear of unwanted pregnancy.

Change your style

How would you feel being served the same meal as breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day all year long? You sure will be bored and some points, you're bound to lose appetite and long for something more. Some of you, it's been missionary style since you walked down the aisle 😳😳😳.

You need to spice things up with a change of style.

Communication:

• Before: before you start to dig it, communicate. Know where your partner would love to be touched. Prep your partner to know what would satisfy him/her.
