The trainers oath
Know as you suffer though each rep. I have suffered and continue to suffer.
So when you are ready to give up I can impart in you the will and determination to continue through personal experience.
Know as you fight to acquire discipline I must follow it religiously to be a constant reminder for you to follow.
Know I give all of myself to inspire you because you inspire me.
Know your journey is never alone. I am there to hold you up and push you forward.
I must be stronger than you, work harder and care more than you so you will continue to fight to find the greatness in yourself.
As you travel through this dark perilous cave towards the best version of yourself, know I am right behind you.
I will die holding the flashlight.
