I got lost. But first, Awesome win. And not really a soccer fan so don’t know the names of all the great women athletes except and Hope Solo which I know is not playing. But I read the title and that is where I got lost. Is Sue Bird dating the soccer play?
I’ve always been a Storm fan and specifically a Bird fan. By Sue posting this on the Storm page, it tells me that the Storm supports the disrespect our country receives when an athlete who doesn’t mind wearing the flag on her jersey to play, won’t stand for the American flag. If you disagree with things going on in our country, protest those people who are making those decisions. But not our country, where you live and have a lot of freedom. AND to freely use the “F” word in your statement shows immaturity and lack of professionalism.

That being said, protesting the national anthem isn't an f you to Trump. It's an f you to the brave people who paved the way to a country where you are free to make money doing something you love. It is disrespectful when Kaepernick did it and it is still disrespectful.
Really disappointed in you Sue used to be a pleasure to watch you play now you delved into politics when all we want is sports. The total disregard to all the freedoms given to you and you both shit on it.
