My Life mantra contest - When It Rains It Pours
Welcome to my entry for the life mantra one liner mantra contest.If I have left anything out please kindly comment about it so I can fix the problem, whatever it may be!
My Mantra - When It Rains , It Pours
And you better believe it does! Especially here in tropical Malaysia.
A light drizzle can turn into a flash flood in less than 5 minutes. No umbrella handy? Sucks to be you... run for cover or like I have done many a time, smile and pretend you enjoy being soaked through.
Stupid things happen! And when they start happening to me, they tend to snowball and go from stupid to bad in a very short period of time. Believe me I have had more than my fair share of thunderstorms with no possible way to stay dry.
Some days I wish I were dead but I then realized I can’t even afford to die because what would happen to the people I loved the most?
This is my advice - JUST SURVIVE TODAY
Survival is the only option. If you survive , you already won and no matter what happens just fight like hell to make it to the finish line!
I’ve been surviving for the last couple of years Of unending hard times in hell with a killer tsunami which keeps coming back to destroy more of whatever I have left. All that and guess what? i’m Still standing and Now I even have a chance to motivate others! How great is that?!
Think of the wonderful people who have helped you or been kind to you when you needed the support the most. Thank God for their existence and Thank them for their kindness.
And for others who may have shunned you or caused you even more pain, do the unexpected and Forgive them.
If you want to give up: DON’T
Live through this and the next step will be obviously to Succeed like a Champion.

I am the judge of @mermaidvampire's Life Mantra contest and this is a great mantra.
I feel this sometimes whilst writing code, it goes from being ok, to being broken, to needing to be redone in a very short amount of time, and I just have to backtrack.
I also feel this when I am grumpy, it takes very little for me to become angry, whereas it usually takes quite a bit to make me grumpy.

I’m fascinated by people who can write and read code! One day I hope I will be able to learn how to understand coding as well.
Yeah, there are some great websites out there like Codeacademy where you can learn to code for free. It is never too late to jump in.
I started coding at around 9-10 years old, so whenever you get the time, give it a try and like me, you may find it becomes a hobby/passion and maybe, just maybe, a job!

I'm glad you survived it and here you are sharing a part of you to inspire others. I have kidney failure, everyday, I just try to survive it, too. I've followed you. Keep Steemin'!
