Your anxiety comes from your laziness

I've been so restless lately, I've been on the list of plans I've listed, but just don’t know which one to start with. So the plans are always there, but not put into action. I’m trying very hard to calm down and think about it; I realized that this is a kind of inertia thinking in the spread.

Academically speaking, the inertia thinking is caused by serious subjective dependence, lacks of active subjective thinking ability, does not take the initiative to think, blindly relies on others.

From a mental point of view, this is a perfunctory attitude, many times we know that we should follow the plan to complete the project, but just can’t implement the plan well, often delay today's work to tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, seems to have always been busy, but in fact it is a very scary state.

The inertia thinking is far more terrible than the body laziness, the body laziness at most a lazy person, but the lazy thinking will become a total mediocrity. All the successful people are those who are diligent in thinking and daring to put into action.

Let’s not talk about the great successful people we've heard of, just talk about the successful people around you, like your leader, why many times your leader is younger than you, not much experience, but why they can stand out so fast, because they are diligent in thinking, once they have made a plan, they will carry out the plan, and will not be interrupted by anything.

But people who have inert thinking will be interrupted at all time, either a natural phenomenon, raining or hot weather, as long as they were interrupted, they will be difficult to enter the state of carrying out the plan.

What's more, they can only stare at the plan over and over again every day, many times want to carry out the plan, but found that the free time only half an hour, and thought that just half an hour can’t do anything, might as well do other things.

As everyone knows, the successful people are good at using their debris time, because in fact there will be a lot of half an hour in a day, such as half an hour before work in the morning, half an hour to have lunch at noon, half an hour after work, including half an hour of work clearance, these add up enough for you to do a lot of things, and carry out a few plans.

Inertia thinking makes us unwilling to use debris time, so you have less time than others to learn, over time, you will certainly be much worse than others.

Inertia thinking comes from slow brain's active state. People who has inertia thinking looks tired all the time. To change this, you need to change your mental state, increase your brain's level of activity, and find your subconscious mind.

People who are in inertia thinking will only think of the surface layer, can never be reasonable to analyze things, there is no way to carry out a reasonable plan for the selected program.

Therefore, to shake off the inertia thinking, you should stimulate the mind, stimulate the subconscious, follow the subconscious guidance, do not use your past knowledge to take for granted, when the mind flashed an idea, you must record it, rather than let it past, this will often help you when you implementing the plan.

Positive attitude, pious belief, pursue the truth, the correct worldview can inspire brain thinking, enrich the spiritual life, active your right brain, after a period you will find yourself will be different from your previous self.
