Don't think too much, just do it, your fear will go away
After hesitate and entangled for half an hour, unsure of what to write, sitting for the sake of thinking, and finally decided not to think, but sit down and start writing. Realize that there is no use of just thinking, I thought that I could really find the best ideas, but in the process of thinking, will also produce a lot of bad ideas, such as fear, what if the result is really bad?
So sit down and start writing. The way to face fear is to act, approach it, ignore it, don’t allow it to grow into a negative emotion, give yourself strength through action, and eventually, the fear will disappear.

Many times because of fear, especially when self-confidence is not strong enough, timid, always think too much, leading to less self-confidence. And most of the time, we create more obstacles and difficulties for ourselves, which make us more afraid, and give up before even start.
Human needs to think, but this thinking should be positive thinking, rather than our unfounded conjecture, delusion. Thinking without learning is a waste of effort. I’m not saying thinking is bad, just that don't let yourself be bound by your own thinking, know what you should think about, know which is the trap.
No one cares about you, just be yourself
Actually, I reminded myself before, do not care too much about what others think of you, just know what you are doing is enough. But really to the actual situation, I will still worry about what others will think. What if my post is really bad? What if no one reads it?
In fact, not just writing, in work and life is also the same. We are always concerned about how others see us, always worrying about what to do so that we will not bother others; always thinking the things you do will isolate by others. The more you think, the more afraid you become, and started finding all kinds of excuses, and also have a variety of comfortable reasons, not to do and just do what you think will let others feel comfortable.

This is your life, as long as you know you are getting better, you don’t have to care about what others think of you. Action is the most effective way to fight fear.
Fear is an emotion, a natural self-protection mechanism, but if we were controlled by fear, then it is not to protect yourself but to bind and hurt yourself.
Some fear is instinct; some fear is our imagination. There is an instinctive fear of something new and unknown, but the fear fades away with understanding. The fear that you create for yourself, the more you think about it, the more it grows.
For both, the way to overcome them is to act, and when you focus on the problem solving; when you focus on the action, the fear will weaken, and as you continue to act and understand the fear itself, you will find that the fear that it brings to you is getting weaker.
Too concerned about how others see you will also manifest fear, because of fear of humiliation, always think about how others will look at ourselves.
If you feel fear or afraid to do something, then just do it. There are some problems that you can’t get the answer by thinking. Take action; all the difficulties will become clear, whether it is real or fake, you will know easily.
You don’t have to think too much, don’t have to care so much about how others see you. Because not much people will care about you, just do what you do best. If you feel fear, then stop thinking, take action, do what you should do, you will find that things are not as complex as imagined.
