It saddens fact that English is not the main Language of our country!

Most people in England (and the UK) think English is the main language spoken But it's not ! This is not a problem just England has nearly every country I assume has a massive problem with another language that has taken over without anyone realising. Don't worry folks i've not turn in to Mr Farage over night. This dominating language I am talking about is called Legalese!

So What Is Legalese?

Legalese was first recorded in 1910 or there abouts and is the specialised language of the legal profession. I won't go into a massive amount of detail here as thats what the video below is inserted for! It's very important that people familiarises themselves with this language as much as they can that it; it's rather complicated and changes! An example is when a policeman arrests you (maybe some don't have experience of this) they read you your rights and finish with "Do you understand?". As a teen I often wondered why they said this repeatedly; it's kind of very nice really but unnecessary. Now in Legalese this means do you under stand me as in Stand Under Me giving the policeman authority over you. Why would they ask this you might ask. You see the thing here is, you have to agree to conform before the police can enforce the so called law hence the "Do you under stand me!".

There are many examples of this (explained in the video)! I have experienced a policemen asking for my name, now you may think this is harmless but in all reality it's getting you to conform. When a police man asks you for your name Refuse unless you have committed a crime then maybe consider it. You can ask the policeman or should we used the word enforcer? Any ways you should always ask "Am I legally obliged to give my name"! Now a lot of the time they will falsely tell you you are but keep on at it and they will back down or ask them to request authorisation better still call the police yourself and ask when there standing there.

This also extends into most aspects of life. UK people do you pay your TV licence? This my friends is an ACT! An Act is like a contract where to parties have to agree too for it to be enforced, this is why the language used on the letters is sometimes a touch strange of it's basically trying to con you into a contract! Next that annoying person shows up at the door say the words "I officially revoke your right to implied access"; just watch the reaction. We are being tricked constantly.

Ever wonder why they always put your name in capitals? Again this is the legal person you are being con into thinking is you Mr is not you name.

Did you know the government is a registered corporation? Just like the police and the courts!

I am no expert but John Harris puts it so clearly here. Unfortunately John battled to try and make people aware of what was going on but it became too much and sadly he took his own life. But now people are waking and the paradigm is changing. Now is the time! As more people become aware to this deceitful behaviour the less chance it has to exist.
