"LOOK IN LOVE"
I looked through books in my library, and a small collection of poems by Stanislav Fedotov "Look Back in Love" came to hand - named as the poem in the second part of the book. On the first page of the author's inscription, and the book is devoted to the wife of Rimma "With love and gratitude".
A little book, and how much is connected with it! With Stanislav we met during a tourist trip to Czechoslovakia. The group was Komsomol, so there were many young people. And we, Stanislav and leader Boris Voznesensky, if I may say so, belonged to the older youth group.
On vacation is always good, but in an interesting company - even more so. Returning home, I began to work in the Komsomol, and the first serious matter - the preparation for the reporting and election conference. It was necessary to elect secretaries and members of the bureau of the district committee of the Komsomol. It is difficult for young people to sit all day, I want to move, to warm up.
And we planned dances during breaks, and on one of them we listen to poems. They invited Stanislav, he came and read poems with pleasure and communicated with delegates. There are many girls among the participants of the conference.
I remember how elegant the Ludmila Smirnova, Nina Chirkova, came from Kljukvinka in bright dresses made of tricotina sewn by a local craftsman. Fedotov read excerpts from the poem "Look Back in Love." "Komsomol members will cut through ... Not windows, but doors ... Not to Europe ... Not to Asia - To a new life!" It was 1977.
The poem is written about the builders of the northern town of Strezhevy. He was called Neftegrad. Student construction teams, including the future radiophysicist Stanislav Fedotov, were raised. And I remember Strezheva in connection with the journalistic case - it was necessary to interview the secretary of the regional committee Viktor Ilyich Zorkaltsev.
He ran as a candidate for deputy of Russia. It was very interesting to communicate. I fulfilled my work, Victor Ilyich was elected a deputy. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us. Strezhevoy - it was his city, he worked there. But we will return to the hall where the report and election Komsomol conference is held. Everything is as planned.
The guys speak, criticize, make suggestions. In the end - voting. The first secretary of the district committee elected Vasily Serko, an energetic, knowledgeable person. Now no less interesting occupation: photography. Here are the pictures.
These young faces are familiar to me and very sweet to my heart. If I see where by chance, I'm always glad. Unfortunately, some are no longer there. One little book of poetry - and so much excitement, joy and hope. I want to finish with poems.
