Just a thought in my mind does overthinking really solves the problem or worsens it. Good evening Steemit family, today talking about some overthinking issues with you guys and expecting your views as well on this topic in comments section.

What is overthinking ?
By seeing the word we can say, Overthinking means thinking over something again and again. Thinking about something for too long means overthinking.

Don't overthink pal, see the drawbacks
Some of the problems that arise as a result of overthinking are
1. It increases the chances of mental illness
2. Disturbs your sleep
3. Tension all day ( and I hate it)
4. Increases blood pressure level

Some thoughts
Well, thinking over something again and again won't solve your problem really. For example, if you think you've got pain in your hands and you think over it again and again, it really generates pain ( even if it's not there ). Look the power of thinking.
Someone said it really correct that " Everything lies in your head", and your body reacts same as your brain commands.
So, if you are overthinking on some issue, just stop and live your happily.
