This clip was made after the actual orb incident with Trump. The Simpsons page on FB has the video on their timeline some where, its called "First 150 days" I believe...the hoax going around has been debunked numerous times.
Haha even the one with donald trump going down the escalator was made after he decided to run. Notice how the animation style changes halfway.
