A Salute To Those Who Served
This article is a salute to all those who served in the Armed Forces of The United States of America!!!
Just about every person in my family on my Father's side served. My Grandpa, Uncles and my Father. So, to me, it was just a normal thing to do.
I was a scrawny, shy kid of 120 pounds when I joined for my 4 years. I barely made it through basic training due to my lack of muscle. But I fought through.
I ended up in Germany for two years where my unit was deployed a couple times.
Later I stayed and served our soldiers in Germany for the next 9 years.
There is a brotherhood you get in Military service like nothing else on Earth. Friends come and go but friendship made in the Service remains for life. I still keep in touch with friends made way back then.
The Military made me the man I am today. I learned leadership skills, self determination and courage.
Salute to the men and women of the US Armed Forces!!!

The 2nd Armored Division ("Hell on Wheels"[2]) was an armored division of the United States Army. The division played an important role during World War II in the invasions of North Africa and Sicily and the liberation of France, Belgium, and the Netherlands and the invasion of Germany. During the Cold War, the division was primarily based at Fort Hood, Texas, and had a reinforced brigade forward stationed in West Germany. After participation in the Persian Gulf War, the division was deactivated in 1995. Its units were later transferred to the 4th Infantry Division.
so you couldn't have been in the unit after 1995 such as you claim being in it in 1998... and I was stationed at fort Hood in 1995-96 in C company 16th Signal Battalion 3rd Signal Brigade and we worked closely as comm support for 4th ID to which I NEVER saw you!
I have looked them up troy and you are not on ANY of their rosters for any year. Nor are you on any DOD record according to the county Veterans liaison whose job it is to check these things out. Oh and the VA (Veterans Affairs) has no record of you either. And before you claim you never registered with them don't BECAUSE ALL MILITARY VETERANS GET THEIR RECORDS SENT TO VA UPON DISMISSAL FROM SERVICE BY DOD whether the Veteran goes to the VA or NOT. It's how they keep track ;)

That means Troy Reid was not in 2 armored div at all such as Troy claims. and it also means he was NOT in army in 1998! nor in 1994! and last checked the army does 4yr enlistments and my math says 95-97 is 3 years... 95, 96, 97 IF he served the whole years, that means he was either dishonorably discharged, general discharge usually for misconduct, or disability discharge. You don't get honorable UNLESS you complete your ENTIRE contract

Michigan on High Alert : Super Venomous Bee Attacks Gilligan ( Troy Reid )
Not so long ago in the past our klutz was coming to terms with the imminent arrival from the seed of his existence . His boughten bride was due to give birth at any given moment when disaster struck . A nest of bees had taken root and had grown to epic proportions under one of the eaves of his castle . It was clearly visible but was determined to be of no immediate danger . To and fro Gilligan would wander unharmed beneath this potential calamity when the unthinkable befell our clueless clown . One of those godless creatures angered from the laziness demonstrated daily by Fruitloops , along with the non stop constant sound of the delete key being punched repeatedly had had enough . That maniacal insect patiently waited for his or her opportunity to satisfy its hunger for revenge , striking numbnuts and planting its own seed of venom into our unsuspecting wanderer .
A bee sting in most cases is nothing but a minor discomfort . Some folks , myself included must take precautions with the flying ninja's . After a strike a shot of adrenaline will right the wrong . A couple of hours later everything is good as gold .
BUT WAIT !! This was no normal bee striking a normal individual , Hell no . The venom this particular ninja dispersed incapacitated Gilligan for a week , yes a full week our T Liar was unable to attend the needs of his pregnant wife . That and the unfinished projects needing his attention would have to be done LATER . What to do ? Almost 50 years old the solution is to call mommy for help .
Benny Hill theme now plays : Mommy arrives , chores done , keyboard king observes , Mel grows larger , week passes , mommy leaves . Author breathless .
That brings us to the end of the bee saga and should be the end of this tale . Oh No good folks . Disaster reels its ugly head again and shortly after the birth of a beautiful baby girl . A mysterious force takes aim at Gilligan's knee . An injury sidelines our distressed fellow . Dr. Seuss advises the misfortunate klutz to stay off his feet for a month . Oh Lord , what to do ? Well , call mommy again of course .
In the time frame when his wife needs his help the most Fruitloops manages to render himself useless to be of any help other then to observe . Also many projects need attention before winter takes a firm grip upon Michigan . Things will just have to remain this way due to circumstances .
This is a theme that has played out several times in the past . T Liar always manages to find a reason to postpone his projects , be it injury , weather , shadows in the night and the granddaddy of them all is not having the funds . Tugging on the purse strings of his gullible followers . This is his SCAM and will be his legacy . Donate until it hurts folks .
