Relaxation a Stress Reliever Best For Your Health

While many people often believe the best thing for maintaining their health is only diet and exercise, one thing which is surelt forgotten is simply relaxing. Being caught up in the world's latest trends and over-analysing critics just drains oneself. Take the time away from everything to relax and enjoy the presence of nature. Its called recharging! You cant drain all your battery day in and day out and expect to be your best. So stare at this photo I took and imagine yourself there, doing absolutely nothing but breathing in the cool ocean breeze while listening to the soft waves rolling in gently crashing on the shore.

Nice picture! But now I miss the beach and realize I need a vacation.
