As I continue to roll through this life, taking each day as the new gift that it is, I find myself gradually working towards an equilibrium. In my early 20's, I used to have fairly drastic swings of emotion that I'd have to confront on a daily basis. This would often place me in a state of indifference at best, and completely depressed at worst.
QUANTUM ENTAGELEMENT
But I found my way past those difficult years, and in looking back on how I pushed through, I realize that it was through deep personal connections. I took an active role in pruning my friendships and spending more meaningful time with the ones I truly love. Meeting what came to become my wife didn't hurt either. Getting completely entangled with another human is the most liberating and motivating experience of all, and as I enter what I considered to be the mid-point in my life, I now understand this crazy little thing called love.
THE UPGRADED ME
This new understanding about the power of personal connection put a much-needed hop in my step. I now walk through life with my head held high and an uncanny focus on what really matters. I'm positive. I'm optimistic. I'm healthy. I'm wealthy (relatively speaking). And best of all, I'm feeling patient. I no longer feel burdened by the unexpected, and instead, embrace and celebrate the fact that I have the chance to be alive at all.
TECHNO GRANDPA
So now I look forward to growing old with the ones I love and helping others see the power of positivity. Technology is getting crazy (Steemit is proof), but I no longer fear change. In fact, I completely embrace it. I want my life to consist of a series of split tests as I refine and prepare myself for the impending excitement of the unknown.

I don't know what comes at the end of this experiment known as life, but I know that whatever comes next (even if it's nothing at all), I'll slip away with a thumb raised high knowing I created a life that was entirely my own.

Good how?
Sounds about right. My path has been similar a mess is the early to mid twenties (although enjoyable). Recovery and rebuilding in the early 30's and waking up and becoming more spiritual and connecting. Relationship for the special one but this is ending mutually due to complications lets say out of our controls. Sad but I am fully built human, who's know myself and how to look after myself :)
Love reading this...I think there's real power in those with a similar story uniting to create good for others. Was there a single moment that shifted things for you?
Indeed its great to finally find this platform.
Single moment ... well there's the cliche of always feeling a bit different. But I guess the moment was during the first, no second Iraq war. I could just tell Blair was full of BS and could not understand why no one was seeing this (or not acting on it).
Then the internet came into our life's and I could see I was not the only one. Things were building! Next I watched (through a good friend) OutFoxed and it all became clear. From here my spiritual journey began I ended up in India (again in the cliche)and found myself a bit more. I became a Reiki Master and learnt meditation techniques (not quite there yet) and things started to become clearer. I guess there's a post in there hey!

Appreciate that @raikuhen. I've been looking for other means of storytelling and engagement. Do you have any thoughts on styles you might like to see?
It depends... it would be interesting to see a few posts that are made only with gifs, and see if people would be able to deduct what you are actually trying to say, from gifs only.
But that would be only an experiment. If you want to write good and long articles, you could break that article into multiple sections, and use a gif for each section as a visual representation of what you want to say, or something funny that would amuse the reader.
Like the idea of heavy gif play as a thread so I'll be experimenting. Keep an eye out and share your honest thoughts for always :)

Right on man, This lifes a roller coaster, I'm still in my late teens but I have learnt that life is crazy, it's stressful and that eventually everything will be okay, I love this post, it was really good, it gave me points in life that i can look forward too
