Without doubt, I am sure that everyone is going through difficult events in their lives, such as losing someone or having a specific disease or other difficulties, but many of us are adapting to and beyond these events beyond our control; but what helps us overcome these difficulties ? Psychological resilience is the solution, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort to take steps to overcome difficulties

resilience is the ability to cope well with changes, shocks, crises and concerns, for example family and problems in relationships and financial crises etc. resilience is not a skill possessed by some and others, it is a skill acquired through ideas and behaviors, does not mean the psychological resilience that the person does not Passes through the emotions that accompany the difficult situations, but passes it like others, but it is good to adapt to and overcome it properly.

The ability to plan realistically and take steps to achieve plans may contribute to our psychological resilience. In order for the planning process to be successful, we must first take into consideration that the plan is realistic and achievable, not fictional, difficult to achieve, with multiple alternatives so that you can choose the best and most suitable alternative for you and your circumstances and possibilities.

It is possible that our negative feelings will not enable us to achieve psychological resilience, so we need to overcome our negative feelings and deal with it wisely. We need to see that these harmful feelings do not have a solid foundation, they arise from an unrealistic inner position, while positive emotions usually arise from a solid foundation. For example, some feelings can be increased through logical thinking; therefore, it have a solid foundation. Negative emotions arise spontaneously, but when we apply analysis and logic, it have no solid foundation. Therefore, positive emotions are linked to reality, while negative emotions are based on distortion of reality, or ignorance.

It may be difficult for you to achieve this resilience yourself, so you should look for other ways. If you are unable to do so, the best solution is to ignore and be busy filling your time with useful work that benefits you, and to resort to entertainment so that you can distract your thinking about what bothers you, you need to relieve the pressure on you until you regain your balance. Close the door of negative thoughts and completely resisted the desire to think about what makes you sad and stop the feelings of grief and pain, and you will gradually find yourself able to get rid of the crises that you suffered from.
