I liked this post Spencer. Stress is not always bad for us and nobody wants to be stress like the article explain. The stress always have consequences on health, especially emotional.
We can mitigate the stress with physical exercise, and even better if you like the practice of yoga, pranayamas and meditations. Learning to identify thoughts and quieten the breath and the mind is the key ;-)

Yes, stress is unavoidable. Mental and physical stress can be reduced and tolerated. Yoga is an amazing way to relax and relieve stress. Working out is also a great way to exert some of that stress from your body. Ironically, in doing so you are adding a different form of stress. Like everything, there is always good and bad. The trick is to maximize the good and minimize the bad.

Thanks for your insight!

I just learned so much from this post. It's a good thing that not all stress is bad for us and as you said, no one wants to stress about stress. I've been pretty stressed out lately and it reflected on my health, especially mental health. Staying away from unnecessary stress is sometimes difficult but not impossible. One of the things I started to do is being mindful of people around me because wrong relationship may cause great level of stress and sadness sometimes. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge. Very helpful

Yes, you are right. Some stress can be good. For example, the stress on our muscles when we work out causes us to get stronger. You are right in saying that the people around us can cause significant problems to our mental health. Thanks for your comment on this post. I'm really glad it helped you out!

I love everything you say about stress. I agree with the 3 states to keep the body healthy. A very good post!
