Have you looked under the hood?
There are many moving parts inside an engine and outside an engine. There is no way to tell from listening to a video. I recommend that you do not run or drive the car and have someone experienced to inspect it.
I can only guess what is going on. The first place I would check is the belt. The belt can be coming apart and hitting something as it is coming around or a piece of the belt can be missing and the belt tensioner is bouncing which can make that noise. If it is not something obvious, you may be in for some very expensive repairs.
