Garlic is very useful species for us .It is a species in the onion genus . It’s close relatives include the onion , shallot ,leek ,chive and Chinese onion.
While garlic ranks as an excellent source of manganese and vitamin B6, a very good source of vitamin C and copper, and a good source of selenium, phosphorus, vitamin B1, it is the sulfur compounds in garlic that serve as its spotlight nutrients in terms of overall health.

Benefits of garli is a spice that comes in a lot of ways, as described below:

1.If the blood pressure is low, you have to eat 2 or 3 slice of raw garlic; the blood pressure will become normal.

2.If you are suffering from cold cough and tonsils, it is beneficial to eat sugar mixed with two tablespoons of garlic juice every three times a day, if you suffer from cold cough. And if the tonsil is filled with garlic and water, then it becomes better.

3.For the increase of digestion, the use of garlic is very helpful.

4.To reduce cholesterol levels, eat 1 to 3 slices of garlic every day.

5.Garlic is very useful in preventing breast cancer

6.Due to the consumption of garlic, in many cases the risk of heart attack decreases.

Oh my god I grow TONS of homegrown garlic every year. Its the best and most exciting crop. Last year tho i found out hubby cant eat onions or garlic... worst news ever. Im still gonna grow it though.. this place has been vampire free for 9.years and im not stopping now...
