Steem Diary Entry 25 - 22/6/2020

Dear Steemit Diary this is entry #25 for the Steemit Diary game, today the alarm was set for 7.00 AM but I only managed to get up at 8.15 AM which was a little disappointing as I did get slightly more sleep.

I only have work for lunch time so it's not a problem and I do seem to be getting alot of late shifts lately, I'm beginning to wonder if I should instead take my routine to a slightly later time now, but the problem remains that my shifts are always changing but I believe it's not so much the shifts that are causing me a problem but the lack of self preparation later in the day and so going to bed slightly later than I should.
I'm beginning to take steps to get this handled, let's see if it works out.

As I only had work starting at lunch time today and it being also not a long shift it means still had a while to go and so I went onto Steemit to do my daily online tasks, but once again it got cold this morning and so I had to close up all the windows.

After doing my tasks online I headed down for breakfast to which I had toast this morning.

Got ready for work gathered my things and I left the house, by the time I left things started to feel differently it was warmer outside but it was still cloudy as unlike yesterday when it got warm the sun was actually out to warm us all up.
Traffic was still quiet today which is nice but I was very surprised that when passing the super market there were not many cars in the car park which is odd as today it's normally chaotic.

Work was ok today the boss wasn't in perhaps he as already left for his holiday which I heard about but I guess I will probably find out tomorrow for sure.

I also had to stay in for a little longer today as some people didn't do a few things because of a visitor and when I mean a visitor I'm referring to a spider!

Yes a spider got into one of the rooms and nothing got done, while I'm not a big fan of spiders myself I was left to deal with the last job that needed doing for the day while everybody else went home except for some delivery people who were staying behind waiting on a delivery to arrive.
But since the delivery people had the keys to let me out everybody else left and went home.

The nice manager did offer to stay behind and wait for me but I myself didn't see the point and told her thanks but she could go home and that I would be fine.
But as for the other manager well she didn't even blink an eye and just left, she was nice when she first started but our boss as got to her and she is just nasty now.

The staying behind I didn't mind as in the end it wasn't for that long and I will get paid for it so it's a little extra money, also I had no plans after work which I often do with a shift like this but we are still in a type of lockdown so not much is happening.

When I eventually got home I rested for a while and then it was time to start on dinner we finished roasting the rest of the tomatoes, mushrooms and then cooked some rice to have with it.

After dinner I watched a episode of Law & Order, in this episode a girl gets attacked in the university bathroom's by 2 of her class mates after they had seen a video of her online.
She takes them to court but basically losses the case anyway I went to sleep after.
