Disclaimer for anyone who's wanting to draw eyes for the first time: that stuff is hard. This was my first real attempt at it, and it definitely took some time. I am pretty proud of how it came out, but I want to make sure it's clear that I looked at various other drawings of eyes for reference while drawing this one. Hopefully with more repetition, I can draw eyes (maybe even faces) with no reference photos at all. I admire those who can.

I would love to find more art blogs! Please follow me, or comment on this post, if you're one of them. I am in need of some inspiration and maybe some drawing techniques.
