Benefits of Exercising "A healthy life is a happy life".

Hello Guys!

I usually do 20-30 minutes of exercise. Practically every day, or every 2 days. I used to smoke too, until I decided to change my life, and start on the right track.

I just wanna let you know:
"If you want, you can. Just start now!"


First of all, you do not really need to exercise everyday, but almost 2 or 3 times per week would be just fine.

And second thing, of course. A good diet, or at least eat some fruit, vegetables, and some good food, will make you feel just good and will help you on your hours of training.

Let's see 5 benefits of exercising ourselves.

🌳 You will notice more vitality

It is shown that exercising produces certain substances in our body that produce a feeling of well-being difficult to match in any other way.

During the performance of physical exercise our body releases hormones that make us feel better, not to mention the toxins that are eliminated with sweat, which otherwise, the body has much more to eliminate from the body.


🏄 Slims our body

Well, you already know this one: when you exercise yourself your body spends calories.

The excess calories are transformed into fat, therefore practicing sport daily we will be able to eliminate that excess of calories and fat that so much complexes to us.


🍎 Prevents cardiovascular disease

By doing a little exercise every day we will reduce cholesterol levels in our blood.

Diseases that affect us almost all, especially in advanced ages, like cholesterol, can be avoided with a healthy diet and some daily exercise.


💪 You will feel stronger

I love this one. As we mentioned, you will notice more vitality, you will have more energy and you will notice a great well-being.

But not only that: exercise makes your muscles squeeze to the maximum and, therefore, strengthened by getting used to intense exercise.


💛 Carrying out sports daily lengthens life

As we all know, this is a fact. 30 minutes of daily exercise improves life expectancy.

It is proven that people who exercise regularly and follow a healthy diet can increase their life expectancy by up to 5 years on average.

Great incentive. I may lay on the couch a while to think about your post, but then it will make me get up and do some sport. Most I can do at the moment is a bit of walking.

Plus if you breathe more doing sport ... apparently just breathing helps you lose a lot of weight. At least according to this guy.
