Discovering Your Place
No matter how fast you are moving on a wrong lane, it does not turn into the right lane, the only solution is to make a turn and align yourself to your own lane. If you are traveling; for example; and you get carried away (maybe by fantasy) and stop at someone else's destination, you will be stranded - you need to discover your own place of calling.
Even if something is looking good, it does not mean it is meant for you. There is what you are called to be, and until you discover that, your fulfilment is still in limbo. You only get fulfilled when you are doing what you are called to do.
Christiano Ronaldo is celebrated today in the football space because he discovered his place. If he had studied to become a doctor or a lawyer, he might not have made the kind of waves he is making currently. Even though everyone else is pursuing something, it does not mean it is right for you to pursue. You can be alone and still be very fulfilled.
A friend of mine applied for the defence academy and felt he was the right candidate to be taken because of his height and muscular built-ups, but he was rejected and he felt very disappointed with life. But he picked himself up and discovered he also knows how to play basketball, so he applied to a basketball academy and he was accepted. Today, he is a very known and celebrated name in the home league. If he had joined the military, he might not have been celebrated like this.
You need to look within you to discover what you are designed to be, because that is where your fulfilment lies, and the world will celebrate you.
