How To Tell If A Vagina Is Either Too Big Or Too Small... Painlessly

Why all the worry over the size of your vagina? Big, small, slack or tight, if it’s in a healthy condition why would it matter. Do you think your vagina is loose or maybe to tight denying your partner the experience of satisfaction?

There are reasons why vaginal looseness and tightness occurs, but, in the same breath--- things can be done to restore the vagina back to normal from whatever caused these states.

Vagina!

The exact size of the vagina is difficult to determine due to the vaginal walls being stretchy. And, of which can collapse when relaxed. Vagina diameter is usually a little under an inch, while, 3 to 4 inches long. The vagina when preparing for intercourse will ADAPT for penetration and return to its usual size after the encounter.

The adaption causes the vaginal tunnel at the front entrance to remain narrow, but expand further up inside.

Looseness:

If you have not long had a baby this could be the reason. Childbirth can affect dimensions harming muscles and possibly supporting wall tissue.

If the vaginal barrel feels bigger the outcome could be:

• Unsatisfactory sex.
• Allows air inside the vagina – bringing a case of 'fanny farting'.
• Possible prolapsed womb if lax muscles and ligaments happen.

Pelvic floor muscle (Kegel) exercises help significantly.

1. Start by tensing the muscles at the lower part of the abdomen like as if you were holding back from urinating and hold for 10 seconds then release the tense, and repeat several times.
2. If you have tried exercises but to no avail, see a gynaecologist about a repair operation. This includes resuscitating and firming weak pelvic tissues.

Statistically there’s no such thing as a small vagina like women believe, but, that’s easy to understand why they do, especially if any of the below happens.

• Sex is painful
• Pain when inserting a tampon

Vaginismus (tightness).

This is when muscles contract before penis penetration. It’s a hard to control involuntary spasm. Tightness is commonly reasoned through involuntary contractions of the pelvic floor muscles, which then enforce closure of the vagina entrance stopping penetration.

Frequent pain during sexual intercourse could be an indication of primary vaginismus, a condition, that causes discomfort with tampon insertion. Secondary vaginismus is when women for years have had a satisfactory sex only to suffer this later down the line.

Vaginismus Symptoms:

• Unexpected muscle spasms
• Fearful of painful penetration
• Loss of sexual desire close to penis entry
• Pain inserting a tampon
