I get it. Saw a story yesterday about a "gay" couple...one was a transgendering (female to male)...and SHE was pregnant...and these two loons were pleased with themselves. Tell me that child isn't going to be totally f*cked up:

There is a possibility trans people are ill, but there is a probability that because some people spend so much time telling others how they are sick those people will face discrimination as a result. How do you help trans people by repeating that they are sick? Why not instead repeat to the government that more research is needed if it concerns you so much?

I have had a discussion about this with some friends, including one from the LGBT life.
We all agreed that parents should be able to use the "my roof-my rules" way of raising. As per Ontario law, if a 16 year old wants to make a lifestyle change for any reason; they can move out and do so under their own roof.
Just like a person does not have to accept or support someone else's decision, same with the parent's right with their children.
However, with this new Bill-89 crap, parents must be clear about why they will not allow their child to do such things and make sure the child understands that when they are old enough (16 in Ontario) that they may then make their own decisions in their own place.
This may mean that this 16 years old (in Ontario) will be completing high school, working a job, and paying for rent and food. Welcome to adult life; every choice you make has a consequence for better or for worse.

Most frightening is the thought that there are parents out there who think it fashionable to have transgender children and are actually pushing their infants to be girls when they're boys and vice-versa.

Speech police ? Amazing ! If some kids are bullying and beating up by kids theres laws to prevent that.....how is policing the bullys speech going to stop the bully from beating kids up? Isnt murder illegal? Arnt drugs illegal? This is social engineering and it will come back to bite everyone.......i was told as a kid that sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me....we are being treated like cattle for the inevitable fate that cows meet.......

I think enough is enough when it comes to these gender identity issues. I think that the more and more that we bring these issues to light the more more these people will begin to be marginalized and ridiculed. I think there are more pressing issues out there then what sex you should have been. I believe that everyone should be free to vocalize their own thoughts and opinions but not to the point where it causes problems for others
