Kā Acu fonds iet? Metodes, ko var pielietot oftalmologa ārstēšanai, var noteikt oftalmologs. Lai ārstētu asaru iekaisumu, acis tiek samazinātas 2-4 reizes dienā. Tādējādi var panākt vairāk un labākas kvalitātes asaru ražošanu.
Ciklosporīna A pilieni parasti ilgst no viena līdz četriem mēnešiem, lai mazinātu plakstiņu simptomus.
Dažreiz oftalmologs, tieši pirms ciklosporīna paātrināta ārstēšana ar kortikosteroīdiem noteiktos pilienus divas nedēļas, un samazina aizsērēšanu ciklosporīnu var izraisīt. Kataraktas un glaukomas izraisīšanas riska dēļ kortikosteroīdus neuzņem uz ilgu laiku. (2)
Mākslīgais asaras piliens
Ar mākslīgo asaru pilienu lietošana var mazināt plakstiņu simptomus, bet neizārstē pamatā esošās slimības cēloni. Mākslīgie asaru pilieni nevar būt efektīvi visiem, tāpēc jums jāsaņem tas, kas jums ir piemērots, konsultējoties ar ārstu.
Ja ir novērota hroniska (ilgtermiņa) acu slimība, ir svarīgi to turpināt lietot pat tad, ja tas jūtas labi. Ja jūs guļat, var izmantot biezāku smērvielu, piemēram, ziedi.
Ja acu rosaceja ir saistīta ar oftalmologa acu, izmantotie mākslīgie asaru pilieni var saturēt lipīdus, lai novērstu asaru iztvaikošanu
