A Minute Of Silence To Victims of US Synagogue Shooting.

Earlier on yesterday being 27th September, 2018, a 46 year old man later identified as Robert Bowers opened fire at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, randomly killing 11 people with 6 wounded including 4 policemen. The man was later apprehended by the police but the damage has already been done and lives has been lost. This post therefore is my way of condolence to the victims, as i observe my one minute silence typing this.

Its very sad to know that despite the level of development and breakthrough we've seen in the world recently including a black man being the president of the great Country USA, people still nurture so much hate in them targeted at a particular religion, policies, ethnic groups, countries, etc. Even in the same country such as US that is supposed to be the home of all. When this hatred is nurtured for a very long time, people starts looking for a way to express it which eventually leads to all these killings.

However, in such cases of a single man just pulling out a gun walk into a building and start killing people randomly without motives, other factors are considered too other than hatred. It could be intoxication from a drug substance, it could be that the guy is mentally challenged, or it could just be a death wish. Whatever it is, people should learn to talk about their problems and not take it out on others. People should learn to respect other peoples private life, decisions, religions, political point of view and not nurture so much hatred for people just doing what they love.

This is indeed so unfortunate that a place like the Tree Of Life Synagogue that is supposed to be a safe place and a place of peace has witnessed such level of killings and wickedness. The Synagogue didn't even guards or a serious security measures against such action because they didn't feel threatened, they didn't feel its necessary and they wanted to make everyone feel welcome without being scared of guards and people standing around with guns.

Well, they have learnt their lesson that no matter how good you are or your intentions are, there is no guarantee that people will be good to you too. That is just the way life is. Once again, may the soul of the synagogue shooting victims and the souls of everyone who has departed in such untimely manner rest in peace.
