Everyone has the potential to be creative, but is their creativeness in an area of usefulness... not always. For instance I one knew a guy that could make milk come out of his nose. Which is creative of him, but not really that useful.

I definitely think more so than others. I think the wiring of one's brain at birth has a lot to do with it stuff like Creativity.

Of course the brain is not unchanging ( as it was once thought) so you can actually change your brain and it's wiring, with new neural pathways etc.etc.. though time and work
