THE TOUGH GETS GOING

When light seems to have eluded me and darkness is all I see, when there is no hope for tomorrow and my fear grows wild like the shrub.

I look my fear in the eyes like I do to my enemies, I take the bold walk as in the dark valley, unknown of where to go, placing one foot after another.

I walk right through the thick clouds of darkness, with the hope of seeing the light. Whether there is light or not, I do not bother to know.

All that matters is that I must get to the light, but only if I persist without a fearful doubt.

One step at a time, with a pace fast enough to get me to the light on time, but slow enough to let me think of my next move, I walk out of my most dreaded moments.

And into victory!
