today i wanna show you

7 of my rituals


i use to overcome the bad times which everybody experiences from time to time. That including your Body, Mind and Soul. I'm curious of your rituals if you wanna share it!!

Strong words by Brian Tracy in an interview.. BUT true for me, life is like a rollercoaster if you're in service for others.

Everybody knows and experiences good and bad times, the ups and downs of life.

Our little Linus lost his blankie, indeed very bad!

Sometimes we feel unstoppable, sometimes we feel uncertain.


Sometimes we are driven, sometimes we are paralyzed,


sometimes we are one fire and sometimes we are lazy,


sometimes we feel eSTEEMed, sometimes rejected.

But if you have a fundamentally positive nature you'll always survive and get traction and go to the front again. You'll ask the question "What's wrong?" and "How can i come out of this as fast as possible?"

What are my rituals to get out of the swamp and feel the fresh breeze of that beautiful beautiful life again?


YES!!!

1. Get my body moved! Feeling the blood in my venes and the iron pump!

  • I start doing bench press with barbell in my workroom. Usually i have 50kg and do a mixture of power and endurance
  • I do standing a combination dumbbell curls with lifting over the head with both hands
  • i do squats with the same 50kg barbell - Yeaahh! now i'm alive!
  • i do pulls with the upper part of the body bended forward with dumbbells with both hands
    .. in the end maybe some situps

Maybe 15-30min intensive training, that's enough to feel the iron pump! and to change from discouraged wimp to a unstoppable power machine!

I do the list of excercises often not at once. You can stretch them over the week. Important is to shock the muscle! like Arnold said :) and to do it with joy and excitement!

  • sometimes i start also a run through my hometown in the evening without a specific route, just straight somewhere to get my blood circulating.. and it's exciting to have a unknown route

..and if you have the PUMP you feel just GREAT!

3. Playing on your musical instrument to get a inspirational flow of excitement!

From time to time i take my concert guitar and playing a little bit folk picking and some easy classical romantic pieces and some simple rock riffs. The magic to play a musical instrument is that you can drift into a different state of mind sometimes, not always but sometimes that magical moment happens and ...

..YOU get the FLOW!! and playing as smooth like a breeze!

To be honest i'm not a good player, but that's not important. If you have fun and can fully relax while playing then you gain a deep chunk of fresh energy which blasts away worries and anger like nothing.. and you're inspired again.

4. Write a spontaneous fully fledged post on STEEMIT! Yeaah!

Hell yeahh! Simply dive in what's coming to your mind and do it from your soul for the community! If you're tough enough to get started without doubts and continue writing stuff from your soul then eventually to get to a state of FLOW and Finish it. But beware as i wrote in my last post "When you get excited" it can be dangerous too

That's new to me, an can also drain my energy dramatically.. i'm not sure if it's a good advice because it can consume you .. so be aware.. so we come to

5. Read and see motivational material!


That can you really pump you up in combination with physical excercises. If you want to see a positive guy look at Tony Robbins

6. Take a long and deep sleep

Sleep is so important and sometimes we forget the magical power of regeneration from sleep. Our body works like a battery. Over the day we draining energy from our body and sleep refills our life battery. To get full energy and performance sleep is vital. It is said that best performers take on average 8.6 hours of sleep.

At least we should take 7 hours i think. Maybe you say i'll never get 8 hours! Yes it's not so easy with all the distraction on the internet and so many other exciting activities we can do. Arnold Schwarzenegger once said:

"If you don't get enough sleep, then you have to sleep faster!"

Schwarzenegger claimed once he sleeps around 6 hours.. hmm also possible. Tim Armstrong (CEO of AOL), Barack Obama do this also, some 5 hours, others 7 hours. But i think many of us need a little bit more sometimes to get fully loaded.

7. Have some fun!

That makes me always laugh, but it's also motivational to do something with your spouse, friend or whatever. Simply have a good dinner, a good movie, a talk with a walk and later on some time together.. or eating your favoured chocolate with a tasty espresso.. oh yes there are many sins we can fall into :) but if that is just one day then you do it right with full joy without any regret,

just have some fun!

..Now get back to your calling, your innermost purpose and hustle my friend!

Everybody has a purpose, a profession, a serious hobby to make a living. Mine is my company and my family! And that needs energy and enthusiasm. If you have some good rituals to regenerate your energy then you're prepared for your life mission!

Ok, now i hope there is something you can use for yourself for the next time when the blues is on
