Optimizing and managing safety at home, work and in the environments in which we find ourselves is a duty of care and not a principle, in order to live and work safely we must all work or in "cohabitation" like a bicycle chain because; if it loses a certain part the Bicycle will not move(No Progress), it will stagger and fall(A dead environment/work place)
Every Component in a Bicycle chain is crucial and very important as the other components in management of safety and duty of care. Looking at the people in the video; they share the same goal and objective "To save the Dog and help the Rescuer".
In our enviroment and workplaces we have the same goal of "Saving someone'e life/Helping" in terms of safety precautions and environmental security. If one of the people in the video had been selfish and carefree, that would have killed the Dog or even one of the people trying to help.
These persons saving the Dog and it's rescuer had come together irrespective of their background,
race, gender or creed and form a formidable force. In security and safety, everyone has to lead someone to Safety daily i.e "Be sure you are safe and not injured or die and with your Neighbor or pets".
It is never possible to lead someone if it is impossible to lead yourself to safety!
