What if going out to meet new people was quantifiable?

Given the fact that I am at a point in life, where I have gone through of all life's cliches about dating, I recently came up with a rough idea, that could be refined to become something useful and possibly more fun than speed-dating or similar concepts.

What if you had a bar, where all your customers come to meet new people and have fun and there is an anonymous evaluation system via barcode for example, so that people can rate if they had fun and also rate other people based on how good/pleasant they were to interact with.

I have the rough idea in my mind, I have a good enough name, but I just wanted to put this out there, so it would come under scrutiny by some real people.
