Man Go Beers!
Mango. It seems like everything is bloody Mango these days, I fully expect to be wearing them on my feet soon.
Anyway, the Mango of this week is the beer. Two fine Mango beers, two!! As the Spanish would say... Comiendo mierda es tu Vida!
You gotta love the Spanish and their wise ways.
So back to the coal face. Saturday night and I am ready to stick all manner of alcoholic Mango gubbins down my neck. Both of them claim to be the best but let's see who wins the battle of the Mango beers!!!
It takes twooo baby, two to Mango apparently. Well, let me be the judge of that.
The can quite frankly hurts my eyes. The yellow is too pale against the white background. It's like a fried egg made of shiny metal. It's annoying me.

Well look at that. It's a pretty pale golden filly, without a doubt. Perhaps it should be wearing a skirt and calling me ma'am!!

That was a trifle disappointing. The first millisecond was a hint of great things and then it was just flat insipid beer. Oh dear oh dear, not a good start, Mr Two balls to tango mango.
5/10 booms!! And perhaps it was only the fact that it's near Christmas that makes me so charitable.
What next.
A beer that claims to have a million grams of Mango per litre. Well, not a million, maybe a hundred. Still, at least the bottle doesn't offend me.
It's a snazzy name. Here's hoping for a snazzy dance of Mango goodness on the tongue!!

Ding-a-ding-dang a fling-a-flang-a-mango!! This is awesome. It is, it's so sour and yet so beery and even yet, so bloody Mango'y it nearly knocks your socks right off!
It has put the devil in me. I feel alive! Is this what bought Frankenstein to life? It's electric, I think it is the elixir of life itself. This can get no less than 9/10 booms, I am very tempted to give it the big ten! Should I? I have been throwing them around like confetti these days.
It's a hot mango stogie of a beer. In a good way!
I am off to drink more of this and ponder the very nature of existence whilst getting pished!

9/10 and a happy dance for beer 2, great news! But, could you drink enough of these in a row to get pissed? Sour might help but I'm not sure - will count the spelling mistakes and swears in the reply and find out how it's going down!
HA, I make millions of spelling mistakes at the best of times! It was sour but not too sour so I reckon you could neck three or four before moving onto something a bit more bitter. Unless it was summer, then you could drink a million of em!!

Oh I just knew the Acid Mango would be good when first I saw it in the glass....you're right..like sunshine in a glass! Oh man, it sounds SO good. I am a mango maniac myself, even trying to grow some lol. Maybe I'll have to brew some beer with them, eh?

According to the bottle is a quite standard beer just with loads of Mango puree in the mix. It's totally like sunshine. This is what I will take each morning to banish the winter blues!! ;0)

Mango beer is DEFINITELY something I need to try. Especially if it was made overseas and not in the US (I've heard US beer sucks)
Not all US beers, a few are worth trying.
There are just so many different types to choose from! So many IPAs in the good ol' US of A, some great, some terrible. Much like Scottish beers in that regard.
You could always go for a good Lagunitas beer, they've yet to disappoint me. Dale's Pale Ale from The Oskar Blues is also a classic, though they don't sell either in Scotland. Sorry, Boomy.
