How Brain-Washing Does Work to Be A Killer?

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.
So the topic for today is "How Brain-Washing Does Work to Be A Killer?".
The profile of a mass murderer was recently aired on Australian television and the report was chilling. A young man starting a career in the army was a perfect shot, but he lost his mind and was discharged. Counted in the training that he was now a murderer it seems that this may have triggered his murderous rage that ended with 7 dead and 146 injured. The idea of how many young men are born to kill and what breaks their barrier came to mind.
Between living and killing there is a great barrier of resistance in most people. That citadel is impervious under normal circumstances, but the soldiers must break it to do their job. That is the army that has to cut it and that's what your training is about. They learn that they are not killing people but an enemy, which is someone they evaluate who does not deserve to live.
So, how do you see that other being from whom you choose to take your life? What makes them act in an anti-human way, or not? Our closest animal cousins, the apes, are killed but not for the same reason. They do not kill another ape as an enemy but as a rival to their sexual partner.
Most animals fight to protect their sexual rights and will keep predators away from their young, but few become murderers. Not all humans who massacre others are trained for service, but something breaks within them that gives them permission to do so.
In recent years, many have committed the massacre of several people and there is a lesser understanding of why. In the Charlottesville riots, today, a young man drove his car at high speed against a crowd and then backed him up by crushing the life of a young girl and injuring others. Apparently he is obsessed with the views of the White Supremacist Movement.
With so many violent movies, games and songs that inject such thoughts into the minds of young people, are they growing with different ways of thinking? Are they being programmed into killer traits from an early age that brainwashes them to be killers?
