Yesterday, I posted an article for the first #MentalHealthMonday and received a great amount of support. Many people struggle with their own inner demons and, even though I would never wish mental illness upon anyone and it does not make me happy to see, it was relieving in a way to find people who understood. So I wanted to share a side project that I’ve been working on for some time now - Sunshower Printables on Etsy.

I’ve posted about this before on my previous Steemit account but I’ve outgrown that one so I prefer to leave it in the past.

I’ve tried many different resources for depression and have yet to find something that really works for me. In the meantime, I make my own workbooks and offer them to other people in my same position.
