How To Be More Honest In Your Life
This is an important skill that everyone should know But sadly many of us have forgotten. How do you be an honest and good person? Here are some tips.
Give Credit
Did someone do something for you? Give them credit. YES, it’s that easy! Giving credit makes people like you, and even if they didn’t meet your expectations. Giving them credit for what they did do, Will encourage them to work even harder the next time.
Introduce People
If you know people who can help another person you know to solve a problem. Introduce them; They will never forget how they met through you If the relationship turns out to be a great one.
Have Ideas
Always have ideas and information and share it with others. People will come back for more and see you in a better light. They will also be more likely to share valuable information with you When they obtain it.
Admit when you are the wrong
So many people can’t swallow their pride and admit when they screwed up. Be the person who does, And everyone will respect you for it. I’ll never forget the supervisor I had who always admitted when he was wrong and apologized. As his employee, I gained so much respect for him, and I always worked as hard as I possibly could to make him look good as a supervisor.
Admitting when you're wrong has more benefits then Cons. Sure, By keeping your mouth shut when you screw up, May does not damage your ego. Most people will see right through it and will know what you did.
Avoid Anger
Anger is an emotion that everyone has. Don’t let it get to you, Try not to be angry when someone else screws up, No one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes. Being angry only hurts you and no one else.
