Hello!!!

I decided to join #the100dayproject because a friend of mine told me about it and I thought it would be fun and useful; even though it is about graphic arts, I decided to challenge my body so my goal is to get the sidesplit.

This is a picture of my day 1.

I invoke Jean Claude Van Damme to give me #strength and #flexibility in order to accomplish the challenge. 💪💃
