My life long Dream And Goal for 2017 ! ๐๐Whats Yours !?๐ ๐ HAPPY HOLIDAYS STEEMIT ! ๐๐๐
๐๐๐ THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT ! We all have dreams and goals in life ! Mine has always been to own my own home , on a small piece of property in the country! For three years now we have been making payments on a small piece of property, which is an hour south / east up in the mountains, from where im currently living in Kelowna British Columbia Canada! Its absolutely beautiful there ! Surrounded by many lakes , rivers , the rail trail , lots of ATV ing ! Fishing and hunting along with hikeing trails , and plenty of near by camping areas ! Its totally awesome !
HERES THE VIEW FACEING THE HIGHWAY , THAT WILL BE THE VIEW FROM MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW AND FRONT DECK I WILL PUT IN ! THATS MY CAR / GASTONS SPARE TRUCK.
So for 2017 my main goal to achieve is at least putting in a power shack with the power pole ! We can do this for a total cost of 3,000.00 dollars if we build it ourself ! We already had the land cleared this year , so once we have power we can always put a trailer on the land utill we can build a small house ! Or we can start slowly building our house and wait another year untill 2018 to try and finish it ! Just a small 1 bedroom , with a car port ! And stay working another year in Kelowna! Boooo! ๐๐ญ๐ข

I would definitely prefer to retire , sooner rather then later ! Also my boyfriend and I live and maintain 2 different homes because the commute is too far especially in bad winter driving conditions from up in the mountains, I just keep my apartment in town ! So to some day finally have my own home and property ( which we are also still making payments on ) AND A NICE BIG GARDEN TO GROW SEEDS I WILL GET FROM @papa-pepper ! is my dream , and at least part of that dream is my goal for 2017 and New Years resolution !
MY SON , THIS IS FACEING THE OPPOSITE WAY UP THE MOUNTAIN, WHERE OUR CHICKEN COOPS WILL GO ! YIPPEE FREE RANGE CHICKENS AND EGGS ! I CANT WAIT ! ๐ณ

I cheer for your dream. I remember my father's happy face when our house was building. I also like to have my own beautiful garden too. When I was young, there was a magnolia tree in our small garden. I want to have it again in mine. Enjoyed your story. See you again!! Happy Holidays! :)

I know the feeling of wanting to live on a plot of land in the country. My wife and I are doing the same-- paying of a small piece of land we bought. I use it for camping now, but I hope to build a house on it and be surrounded by the timber.

Wow ! That is so cool to know ! Im glad im all ready a follower so now we have more in common ! I lived out there for 8 years at my boyfriend/ common law spouses place but it wasnt" our "place ! And we couldnt really do what we wanted, so I returned to work and now share an apartment with my sons in town as its very expensive to live in Kelowna! Hopefully as soon as we can , we will move together at our own place on our own property soon ! Lol ! Its very hard these days, but eventually we will and you will get there !
