THE 8 WEEK BLOOD SUGAR DIET ~~~ WEEK 3 LIGHTER AND THINNER.
I have got through the first 2 weeks with a brilliant results with a 1st 4lbs loss plus 5 1/2" off. I have gone into week 3 with more determination.
Today has been batch cooking day, i need to stock up with a few meals.
HUMMUS
This is ideal to have ready Incase of hunger, a few spoonfuls with celery sticks are a good treat at the end of the day.
INGREDIENTS
400G TIN CHICKPEAS
3 tbsp LENNON JUICE
6 tbsp EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
4 tsp TAHINI
2 GARLIC CLOVES
1 tsp GROUND CUMIN
PINCH OF SALT.
3 tbsp WATER
1 tsp PAPRIKA
CRUNCHY RED COLESLAW
I love this, i eat it as a meal or as a side dish depending on what i am having.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 SMALL RED CABBAGE
1 FENNEL BULB
1 SMALL RED ONION
1 CARROT
2 tbsp POMEGRANATES or RED APPLE
2 tbsp MAYONNAISE and GREEK YOGURT
1tbsp CHOPPED WALNUTS
ROAST PEPPER & SQUASH SOUP
This is a lovely thick soup that's filling and satisfying.
INGREDIENTS
*4 RED or ORANGE PEPPERS
1/2 LARGE BUTTERNUT SQUASH
1 ONION
2 tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 litre VEGETABLE STOCK
1/2 tsp CHILLI FLAKES
This was my tea today.
I still have calories left so will have a cup of my soup later.

Love the results you are getting with this diet. Meal prep seems to be working out well. I think I need to do the meal prep then I won't be tempted by things I shouldn't be eating like cookies! 🤣
I am saving all my calories up for when i get to feast on your cookies LOL
