Our fears are our illusion

What worries our lives most is fears. They are capable of manipulating us, changing our eyes on the world, and dominating our decisions and choices. Because of all this great power, we miss that fears are most often an illusion.

We live a whole life in fear until one day the lucky ones among us realize that there was nothing to fear. Maybe because we always think first about the future or because we are constantly telling us that the world we live in is bad and life is unfair. We often feel trapped, we're closing in somewhere where the outside world cannot reach us, but even that does not help.

And what if we risk? If we do the madness to resist fears and go out? We see that what we imagined was at times worse than reality.

Sometimes we become entangled in our own paranoia and stop seeing an exit, even though we are completely free. We can not think soberly, and the more we deepen, the more our world is distorted.

And all we have to do to see is to face fears. That is why we will see that we are the ones who materialize them and that we can both give them and take away their power over them.

When there is no fear, there is nothing to stop us! We are free to unleash our full potential and to feel alive. We are free to fall and fail without destroying us because we already know the value of any difficulty and perceive what others call a "problem" as a fruitful challenge.

Of course, we can never completely eliminate our fears, but by realizing their essence, we can make them an incentive for our development and an indicator of our closeness to success.

Finally, it all comes down to a small step of great importance - the one we take to the desired one, reversing the sense of fear. After her, each following will be easier, and our mind will be more and more our friend. But still, we must first do it!
