I cooked Dum Biryani for my family !
Assalamu alaikum,
I send good wishes to all the readers here.
Yesterday i cooked Dum Biryani for my family after a long time. I recently cooked egg dum biryani but yesterday it was pure non veg dum biryani.
There were few relatives who visited our place yesterday to meet my grandmother who is not well because of her broken leg. She is recovering day by day.
So i Cooked this biryani for my family and i was quite busy yesterday and that was the reason i couldn't write anything yesterday.
But as i am free now i am here with a blog to share the biryani cooked yesterday.
Below are the fried onions.
The special spices created to be added in the gravy.

This is tha plain rice that will be mixed with the gravy after which our biryani will be ready.
