We all have our own problems we must know face them, between ignorance and knowledge we must not know everything or we do not know everything, 100% we only use 3% of the brain this shows us the enormous limitation that we carry from birth because if it were so, all humanity would be super endowed and without any defect.

There are many methods for the liberation of the mind because this is commented for the simple reason that when a being has problems the mind does not rest and focuses only on that reason for that reason we have found methods in this life that help us to relax and clear the mind, such as music, sports, studies, games, etc.

I focus on the point of music, as all people are not perfect and we make mistakes but it is because we do not have a clear mind to search or find a more effective or effective solution, for this simple reason we have the music as I could expose in a article a few days ago called the hidden power in this case also applies and I already explained because:

Listening to your favorite song or playing music frees you from thinking and this is where the hidden power comes in.
