REALITIES OF LIFE; PEACE

so, today we will be talking about Peace!
Peace can be easily said to be a state of tranquility, freedom from disturbance and every other definition you can find from various dictionaries on planet earth. Let's talk about man being at peace inside himself;
Most times in life we always have something that keeps us busy either we like it or not so technically we can say no man is at peace except those sleeping 6ft below the ground. also from observation i can point out that peace is better experienced when man is not alone than when he is free. freedom brings about insecurity to some extent. i will explain better by posing this question; how comfortable are you when you are in a large hall alone and when you are that same hall with your friends? your answer will be most likely be with your friends so what's the tranquility there?
Also some say peace is when you are mentally and spiritually sound but what happens to those who don't believe in spirituality? those who were born with mental disorder? are they experiencing peace also? what then can we really say its peace or rather how can one quantify peace as pertaining to man?
NOTE: the peace we are talking about here is that within a man (inner peace)
