REALITIES OF LIFE; DO HUMANS CHOOSE TO GET ANGRY?
Anger is one of many emotional expression embedded in mankind. Mostly, it is as a result of an unpleasant situation that we are reacting to.
Today we will be expressing our thoughts on if anger is a choice or not.
Can it be true that we choose to get angry just as we choose to love. Why is it that some people don't get angered by a situation but others do?
A good example is a case of a girl colliding with a guy and the phone of that guy got broken as a result. But the guy smiled over it. When this same scenario plays out with another guy as the offender, the guy whose phone was broken took offence. There are many more cases one can look at and consider if anger is a choice. Me for an example, sometimes choose to be angry so I can enforce my opinion about an issue. So let me know what you think. #follow #resteem #comment #upvote. .jpg)

STOP@jemimah Anger is one of the many emotions that modern society is a bit ashamed to express.
And yes, we get angry at the most towards the once we love.
either because we take them for granted or because we want them to improve.
I believe that there is no point in fighting anger, its how we express it. we can train ourselves to express anger in a better way.
example
1) count to 10 before speaking
2) skip the first 2 thoughts in mind and speak the third thought
3) vent out physical energy, maybe punch a bag or squeeze a stress buster or just walk around
4) drink water or something cold or eat something sweet
5) rephrase the statement we want to say consciously
above all, to remind ourselves that life is short and beautiful
