IJCH - Inside JaiChai's Head (meaning: My warped, personal opinions and musings.)

From the Author

Salutations.

I am JaiChai.

And if I haven't had the pleasure to make your acquaintance, it's always nice to meet fellow Steemians.

Good Vibrations

I just read another thought provoking post from @samstonehill:

https://steemit.com/dailyquotes/@samstonehill/the-fear-of-not-having-enough-money

Then I submitted this comment/reply to @samstonehill:

@samstonehill,

Great, thought provoking post - as usual

(And you know by now, that I resonate with your insights.

Likewise, I know you probably don't need to discuss the topics submitted below.

Nevertheless, I mainly post this comment/reply for our fellow Steemians that may be searching for some answers.

Good Vibrations

RE: Your Post

Just like an-off key instrument can never enter the flow of a great symphony, too many people do not resonate with prosperity - the eternal flow of all that's good in life.

Why?

Simply because they have not learned how detrimental their antagonistic vibrations derail their efforts to succeed.

This is definitely a case where the majority of personal injuries are self-inflicted!

In fact, most unhappy individuals don't even know that they have a great measure of indirect control to all the vibrations emanating from themselves 24/7.

Subconscious thought shows up in all outward manifestations - our speech, demeanor and actions; which in turn gets a response from the external environment "in kind".

But let me posit this:

No matter what you think the "external environment" is (choose whatever definition or term you feel comfortable with), it is an illusion.

"Maktub" - Everything is One.

Tango_dance_01-768x771.jpg

Whatever happens on the inside plays a dance with the universe and results in what happens on the outside.

And this interaction - likened to a romantically dramatic, reciprocal tango - goes on indefinitely.

Now getting back to the subconscious.

Think of the subconscious as the bulk of an iceberg submerged underwater. All that "stuff" (>95%) is hidden from everyone - especially you.

It runs like a computer - meaning: It's under your control whether you admit it or not (by default or by design).

imatoxic.jpg

GIGO - Garbage in, Garbage out, my friends.

It is painful for me to see people (either unwittingly or through some guilt-based self-mutilation of their psyche) continually feed toxic waste to their minds and souls that eventually becomes stubbornly esconced in their subconscious.

Its algorithm is based soley on this:

I will manifest all outward characteristics congruent with whatever DOMINANT SUBJECT, THOUGHT AND FEELING WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY CONNOTATION OF BEING POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE, GOOD OR BAD.

Why does it perform in this somewhat counterintutive manner?

Why is its modus operandi totally unbiased, always non-judgemental and neutral?

Because its designer knows that nothing is neither good or bad. Those things can be both or neither and are subject to the opinions of us mortals.

Think of this.

I love skydiving and routinely volunteer to take my friends out for their first jump; hoping they will allow me to be their buddy on a tandem pop.

Those kinds of experiences last a lifetime between buddies.

Some take me up on the offer, but most of my friends think it is both ludicrous and suicidal to voluntarily jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

Imagine that?

Resistence is Futile

Like "The Borg" in Star Trek always said, "Resistence is futile."

In fact, whatever you resist, persists!

This is because of the inescapable "manifest the dominant thought", cause and effect phenomena.

Remember this:

"You will never manifest what you desire by focusing on its opposite!" - Jaichai

That's why you can't lose weight if you're always thinking how fat you are.

That's why you can't get rich if you're always focused on your poverty.

That's why...and so on.

Remedy?

If you want to lose weight, keep the image of your slim self as your focus.

If you want to be rich, "pre-live" your rich self at all times.

This will feel very awkward; oftentimes, like a futile practice of self-denial - just "lying to yourself".

And that's the point.

Your subconscious doesn't know the difference between reality and imagination! When you can't believe, fake it for awhile. Act "as if" and you will be amazed what comes next.

As Long As You Are Trying, You Are Winning

The only way to lose the game of life is to give up.

Let me say this again:

As long as you are trying, you are winning.

When you think about it, just like hot and cold are simply points on the temperature scale; winning and losing are just points on the achievement scale.

Strive for progress, not perfection.

Be diligent.

Remember that everything matters. Every opposite thought and feeling can send you back into the "Two steps forward, Three steps back" Hamster Wheel.

@ainal,

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment.

And please accept my puny upvote.

Following you now.

Namaste (I recognize the divine in you, my friend),

I love reading about the inner workings of your mind. You have a way with your words.

@jewels3,

Thanks for commenting, amiga.

I owe my verbal and written skills to my parents.

And guess what?

English was not their first language...

P.S.

All my European Ex-Pat friends are multi-lingual - it's not only mandatory in their countries, it paves the way to intercultural understanding.

Imagine that?

You make me laugh.

That’s great though! I love that you credit them for that.

I have made that comment to many ignorant Americans about language...

Thanks @jewels3.

You make me do something too that is important.

You make me think.

Namaste,

JaiChai

I’ll take that as a compliment.
I love when I meet people that make me do that. 😉

@jewels3,

If you have't seen this, I think it will make you laugh:
