Insomnia is divided into three parts
  1. Initial insomnia: Those who are late or have difficulty in sleeping.
  2. Middle insomnia: Those whose sleep breaks frequently and
  3. Terminal insomnia: Those who sleep quickly broke.

And those who have all the problems, Global Insomnia
Treatment: Apart from this, special medicines are given separately for insomnia. Some patients, however, only want to get the treatment of insomnia, but in that case the patient's case history should be judged. Insomnia's patient looks like a fatigue, weakness. Many times the patient is taking sleeping medicine itself. The consequences can be horrific.

Benefits if you follow the following rules:

  • Make the bed fixed only for sleeping. Stop watching TV in bed, chatting and eating.
  • Do not go to sleep on an empty stomach. But do not groove at night. It is not okay to have too much sleep in the stomach. If you eat again, you should not lie down immediately. Keep time interval between eating and sleeping.
  • You can eat a glass of milk before bedtime. The milk contains triptophan, which will help you to sleep.
  • Do not worry about the causes of fatigue, disasters, or excitement throughout the day when you go to sleep.
  • Do not get too excited to go to bed.
  • Refrain from doing any heavy work or excessive head work before sleeping.
  • Try going to sleep at a certain time every day.
  • Sleeping in the afternoon just does not reduce your ability to work; you also lose your night's sleep. Therefore, exclude it.
  • Cigarette, tobacco, tea, coffee before going to sleep is not better.
  • Do not get worried if you do not sleep for a couple of days. If you are not regular, consult a doctor.

Useful post. Healthy diet and healthy habits are really important for good sleep. And good sleep is important for good life. :)
I sleep well, when I drink milk at night. Fresh and pure raw milk 🥛 is great for good health and for good sleep.

I think the presence of smartphone and various kind of social media such as Facebook, steemit etc are the main culprit for initial insomnia
