INTRODUCTION

So I and my friends recalled about the shows that we watched when we were still kids. To my surprise, we had a lot in common given that we were so far away from each other - like, hundreds to a thousand kilometer/s away. The genre widely varies which includes cartoon, clay animation, anime, live action, and some others I can't identify.

I'm already on my final part for the cartoon genre. Without further ado, here they are:

American Dragon: Jake Long

It is a cartoon series featuring an adolescent named Jake - the American Dragon, and his daily adventures in protecting the magical creatures within his city. Being trained by his grandfather Lao Shi, Jake is set to become the greatest protector against the Hunstclan, the clan which hunts magical creatures. But little does he know that his school crush's secret identity is Huntsgirl, the daughter Huntsclan's head - Huntsman. The series mainly revolves around them fighting each other until Jake finds out about Huntsgirl.

Sagwa the Chinese Siamese Cat

This cartoon series is set on a Chinese-influenced community that focuses on the story of Sagwa - a siamese cat - and her daily interactions with her siblings, other cats, and humans. Sagwa is part of a royal cat family that's why they reside in a palace. Each episode of this cartoon is filled with adventures that contain moral and important life lessons, making the cartoon valuable for kids to watch.

Madeline

Anyone who remembers this line on every start of a cartoon "In an old house in Paris that was covered in vines with 12 little girls in 2 street lights. They left the house in half past 9... The smallest one is Madeline'' and this "That's all there is, there isn't anymore" at the song in the end. These people have already watched Madeline. Madeline is set on Catholic boarding school in Paris, wherein twelve girls, most distinctly Madeline, do their daily interactions and activities that children like them could relate. One of the best qualities that this series has is that it proliferates art and literature while conveying moral life lessons right for kids.

Samurai Jack

Samurai Jack is a cartoon series that sets on a futuristic world featuring a samurai of old feudal Japan. He was sent to this futuristic world by the villain, Aku, whom Samurai Jack unsuccessfully defeated after he cast a spell on Jack. The spell took him to this world wherein Aku rules. Each episode of this series contains progressive quests of Jack to find the portal that would lead him back to the time when he drew his final blow to Aku.

PB & J Otter

This series is filled with fun and adventures along with siblings Peanut, Butter, and Jelly, and their friends. The cartoon is set on an fishing community where these siblings would play around and solve problems that they get to encounter. This series is famous for its dance and song called "Noodle Dance" that P, B, and J use to get ideas or to answer questions - to which Peanut butter initially refuses. But along the way, he would dance just as happily as his other siblings does.
