We are so different, yet we have a tendency to compare ourselves to others. It is human nature. Many people do not look at what they have and keep looking at what others have. When we learn from others and take their experience, it is an important part of decisive decision-making, but if used to compare and create unrealistic self-portraits it becomes unhealthy.

Society is very successful in the ability to brainwash people to believe that they should be shown in a certain way, behave in a certain way and be like a certain person, while in fact each of us is completely different from the other. The community classifies people and wants you to think that you do not deserve to be happy because you do not fit the lifestyle they painted for you. This is why many men and women resort to cosmetic surgery, or disappear away from society because their shape changes, and the greater the belief that there is something wrong with them. Comparing yourself to others, especially celebrities, is the highway to breaking your respect for yourself and losing your confidence because there are always those who are "better" than you, and those who are "worse" than you. So you'll end up feeling like you're different and take pleasure in yourself with these trivial ideas. This style of thinking will not take you anywhere and will waste a lot of your time and put you in a terribly psychological place

People are different born. None two of us are alike. We have different mindsets, we interpret things differently, we have different experiences, we feel different feelings and opinions about one event. Even identical twins are different from each other. We all have always room for improvement. No one is free of defects, externally or internally. Even if some do not want to believe that certain fact is that no one is perfect. It may be wise to be open-minded and do not let anyone impose a path on you, and know what you are doing to others. Now you can start thinking that they are different from you and you do not have to be like them or compare yourself to them. Understand their advantages and disadvantages and you also stop being preoccupied with others and focus on developing yourself for the better.

Some things can change overnight. Other things can not happen to her that. Habits for example, can be difficult to change. Do not be discouraged. The comparison game of yourself to others is usually bad for many people. It can take some time to change. Don `t give up. Think of it that way. If you do not despair, you can not fail and you will succeed in getting rid of this habit.
