I Can Do It!

Would you like to know a simple method that you can use to cancel your fear of doing something new, something you have never done before, because this might be useful for you today?

I Can Do It!

From time to time we have to learn new things in order to improve in life, but this can be very overwhelming and our first reaction might be, "I can't do it!"

Instead, you should say:

I Can Do It!

There is nothing in life that we can't learn and do. Of course, we might have some limitations in certain areas, but at the end it is only a matter of having the will to do it and canceling the fear of learning something new.

There are a few things in my life lately that I previously thought I couldn't do like exercising one hour daily, changing my diet, eating more vegetables and less meat, losing weight and drinking veggie juices.

I Can Do It!

If you have told me a couple of years ago to do these things, I would have laughed and mostly say, "I can't do it!" The thing is that a couple of years ago, I didn't feel the need to do these things because I was not aware on how they could have such a positive impact in my life.

After I had decided to try these things for myself, after being better informed of their benefits, I still had some fear of starting because there are a lot of things I was able to do after just saying, "I can do it!" and just starting doing it, but the exercising, the change in diet and the green veggies, was very hard for me, because this was completely new.

So the method I used was to repeat this affirmation several times:

"I can do it!"

"I can do it!"

"I can do it!"

I conditioned my mind to that fact that "I can do it!"

Many times we say, "I can't do it!" because this is the truth, and we have to learn how to do it first, so we then can do it.

I Can Do It!

The next question is, do I want to do it?

If I don't really want to do it, then even if I learn how to do it and finally can do it, it will be short lived.

If I really want to do it, then everything is possible. I can learn it, and then I can do it long-term.

The examples I just gave you are about lifestyle changes I wanted to do and that was difficult for me.

This works the same in business.

At first, there are things that you can't do, just like growing your Steemit account, and you might say, "I can't do it!" But after learning more from others, you are then more able to progress and succeed. It all starts with the will to do it and this affirmation, "I can do it!" and then taking action.

Just repeat these magical words:

"I can do it!"

"I can do it!"

"I can do it!"

You know, Brian is a really brilliant speaker.

Our mind is the seat of our actions.

Affirmations go a long way. You speak with your mouth what your heart conceives. And even when your mind doesn't conceive it, with your words, your mind begins to shape it.

Fear is the opposite of faith. Fear comes from sight, faith comes from vision, which is a function of our imagination.

A great way to control your mind to be positive is train your subconscious mind to be positive.

And repeating positive affirmative words is sure way to do that.

Having a burning desire is very important. If you're not interested to do something, you will not have the energy to do it. If you have the feelings inside that you can do it, you will definitely able to do it.
