Crypto Hiatus - Returning to action
It's been a crazy past couple weeks for me due to some major life changes that just seemed to come together at the same time.
First off - Sold the town-house and bought an actual house
- Bigger and better!
- More expensive
But since the housing market seemingly exploded the past years and selling the townhouse made a substantial profit - it all evens out. Technically, since transferring the equity into a down payment the loan works out being cheaper!
So all that financial stuff came out looking great - Just the whole moving part sucked!
I have moved nearly every year for the past decade!
- Sick of that shit!
Then starting a job during the moving process
I can only say this for advice - Don't move and start a job the same week
I haven't crashed this hard since the binge drinking days in high-school...
Anyway - The first thing to take a backseat was cryptocurrencies. Just no time and after basically a month of being distant - I feel out of the loop and need to catch up.
25% pump in 2 weeks!
All I know is things are really starting to come together and i'm getting excited to make some investment moves in the near future.
I'm planning to get an Investment fund going in the next couple weeks - keep an eye out for a posting if your interested in a short-term lower-risk group investment fund as I will be looking for 5-10 people to join in the fun.
Lots of options coming on the horizon
I'm looking forward to a great summer!
