Subtropical Storm Alberto: Florida, Mississippi declare states of emergency
Governors in Flordia and Mississippi have declared a state of emergency ahead of Subtropical Storm Alberto as it makes it way toward the Gulf of Mexico. Tropical storm warnings have been issued as meteorologists say the storm will strengthen.
