The European population is getting older. So how will this problem be solved
One of the most debated issues in the world in recent years is the increase in human population. For the last 50 years, it has become the subject of the conspiracy theories in the world. These conspiracy theories are generally about how to prevent and reduce the growing population in the world. The famous writer Dan Brown wrote about this conspiracy theory in his book Inferno. The population growth in the world caused many problems. The most important ones were food, income inequality, and water. Fall in the rate of births
On the European continent, the rate of elderly people is increasing and the rate of young people is decreasing. One of the main reasons for this is fall in the rate of births. European countries are trying to produce new solutions to their aging population
First of all, I would like to start this part of my article by quoting from a news. The following news is actually a good summary of everything I want to tell. But I want to tell you something very interesting. If you read the content of the news you will notice this detail. According to the information in the news, the report was prepared by the UN about 18 years ago. In other words, the authorities were aware of these problems and started to search for solutions.

The population problem in Europe is mostly affecting business life. In recent years, the economies of Europe's northern countries have been hard to find talented employees. For this reason, European firms have started to bring talented employees from outside Europe to fill these gaps in business life. In order to overcome this deficiency, the country's governments had to revise the laws. But the years ahead show that this problem will continue and perhaps the European countries will have to invite more than 100 million people as stated in the report.
But we shouldn't have to forget technologic improve
Approximately 50 to 60 years ago, the European economy had to recruit a significant number of workers from outside when moved from the industry 2.0 to the industry 3.0. In the years of automation, there was a great need for non-skilled workers. And most of the business life was made up of unskilled workers. In our day, somethings change with the development of technology. There is a need for talented people who use more technology and know how to manage them. Therefore, while increasing the population in Europe, it can solve this problem by enabling the skilled people to migrate to their own countries.
Apparently, we have a problem that is complicated and not easy to solve. Let's see how Europe will deal with this problem it faces in next years. I hope everyone in the world can have the life they want.

Very interesting post! This is indeed a very complicated subject. I have heard some great minds expressing the theory that with sufficient eco friendly power technology and much less consumption of meat, the Earth's resources could support many more! But equally we clearly cannot keep replicating at this rate.
In the words of the enlightened Sadhguru: If future generations have to live well, we have to conduct our lives consciously. We have to strive for a more conscious way of determining where we want to stop. Instead of trying to reduce human aspirations, it is better to reduce our rate of reproduction. It is a much simpler thing to do.

Yeah it's defiently a hard issue but if they have to bring in my immagrants that would help solve two problems. There was a study done with climate change and I think it was by the year 2050 if we keep at the rate the middle east will have to empty because it would get to hot! Woah. So hopefully europe will know how to handle that too. Cool post intersting stuff
